Wiesenweiß 日月光白茶

Hadong, Korea | 2022 

Handcrafted in an organic micro farm up in Jiri mountain, South Korea. This unique and rare white tea was made with the similar technique that is used for Moonlight White Tea in Yunnan but with a Korean cultivar. Very fruity and sweet and every infusion unfolds multiple layers of different flavors and aromas. Can be prepared in any temperature, not to mention the short brewing in boiling water and a 60-80 Celsius in 1-2 minutes, it is also amazingly tasty as cold brew!!
